Partnership offers students chance at free college credits

A philanthropic organization aimed at making college more affordable and accessible is partnering with the county school system and local agencies to offer tuition-free courses.

Modern States Education Alliance announced a partnership with Henderson County Public Schools and the local chapters of the NAACP and El Centro. The organizations will work together to help area high school students realize their full potential and earn college credit.
